The award aims to showcase enterprises that are on the rise and how they got to where they are, by celebrating the efforts and achievements of corporations in different disciplines.

HONG KONG'S MOST OUTSTANDING BUSINESS AWARDS
Enterprises are chosen by elite editorial team which includes professional industry leaders, various members of The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and editorial professionals. The business must excel in 4 categories – Business Management and Administration, Financial Performance and Market Competitiveness, Product Innovativeness and Creativity, Corporate Social Responsibility.

The Hong Kong Institute of Marketing (HKIM) organizes the Brand-with-a-Conscience Award to provide an effective platform for Hong Kong business, public and non-profit organizations to improve their awareness of these areas of quality. The Brand-with-a-Conscience Award is a competition inspired by the government's urging for Hong Kong brands to be noted and recognized in public events. Competitions and awards prove that products and services delivered are not only of high quality, but also up to international standards. In Jan 2010, TOGO was awarded the Brand-with-a-Conscience Certificate in the HKIM Brand-with-a-Conscience Award. It is a proof that TOGO has reached the standard of good work of the following principles:

TOGO has been awarded in the HSBC Living Business Awards for the tenth consecutive year. The Awards recognize local SMEs who have made outstanding contribution to the environment and community in Hong Kong to sustain long-term business success.

In Nov 2013, TOGO was awarded the "People Caring Gold Award". This award is to recognize that TOGO continuously puts plenty sufficient resources on two main aspects which are employee trainings and benefits.

To foster a culture of loving families in the community, the Family Council launched the Family-Friendly Employers Award Scheme. The award aims to raise awareness in the business sector of the importance of family core values and to give recognition to business companies and firms that demonstrate a family-friendly spirit and encourage them to implement family-friendly employment policies and practices.

The Award Scheme is assessed by representatives and experts from various sectors. TOGO has been awarded since 2011 and was being awarded "Distinguished Family-Friendly Employer" and "Special Mention of Family-Friendly Employer" in June, 2014.

Employees Retraining Board(ERB) launched the "Manpower Developer Award Scheme" which was the first award scheme to assess the level of maturity of manpower training and development strategies and practices of organizations in Hong Kong. The Scheme aims to promote a corporate culture focusing on manpower training and development, heighten the awareness of the employers and employees of the importance of on-the-job training and continuous upgrading.

Organizations can review and evaluate the effectiveness of their strategies and practices in manpower training and development in accordance with a set of objective and stringent assessment criteria. TOGO has also successfully passed the assessment and awarded the "Manpower Developer Award" for the outstanding contribution to manpower training and development and the cultivation of a common value to enhance the quality of human resources in Hong Kong. TOGO has been awarded the "Manpower Developer Award" for twelve years consecutively from 2011 and also been accredited a renewed qualification for 2023-2028 and acknowledged as "Super MDs".

The "Grand Prize Award", one of follow-up activities of the "ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme", aims to encourage MDs to showcase their commitment to corporate social responsibility by supporting ERB courses and services so as to contribute to the manpower training and development of Hong Kong. TOGO is honoured to be awarded the "Grand Prize Award" for five years consecutively, in appreciation of TOGO's active supports and participations in the follow-up activities of the Scheme.

"The Hong Kong Corporate Citizenship Program" is co-organized by Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) and the Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education (CPCE). It aims to raise the awareness of corporate citizenship and to encourage corporate to fulfill its social responsibilities by organizing a series of activities. The Hong Kong Corporate Citizenship Award Scheme is assessed by representatives. Award winners have to make a positive contribution to the general public through its core business, social investment, charity activities and the commitment to the public. To measure the contribution, it largely depends on the corporate on how its attitude towards the economy, the social and the environmental. Besides, corporate has to develop a good relationship with different stakeholders, especially shareholders, employees, customers, business partners, government, the community and young generation. This definition provides a brief direction for the corporate to in line the social responsibility ideas with the business environment and corporate policy.

TOGO was awarded the "The 4th Hong Kong Outstanding Corporate Citizenship SMEs Bronze Award" in Jan 2014. TOGO has been awarded since 2013 and is being awarded "The 10th Hong Kong Outstanding Corporate Citizenship SMEs Logo" in Dec 2019. The award aims to recognize enterprises' achievement in "Corporate Social Responsibility" aspect with the business environment and corporate policy. This is the fifth consecutive year for TOGO to join this Program.

The FHKI set up the Committee on Promoting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the committee has launched "Industry Cares" since 2013. It aims to encourage members' participation in CSR activities and to recognize their efforts in this area. In September 2020, TOGO was awarded the "5+ Year Industry Cares" label and "5+ Year Caring Certificates", which recognizes our supports on CSR's commitment.

ESG Pledge Scheme is organized by The Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong and co-operated with Hong Kong Brand Development Council. The scheme is aim at strengthening the concern of sustainable development. It encourages the business and public sectors to sign the pledge and implement the action plans to improve the ESG (Environmental, social and governance) performance, thus building a sustainable environment in future. In February 2025, TOGO was awarded the "ESG+ PLEDGE" label and certificates which recognizes our supports on sustainable development's commitment.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

For the promotion of the understanding and the adoption of corporate social responsibility as a business model for achieving business sustainability in the Hong Kong business sector, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School's Centre for Business Sustainability (CBS) compiled the Hong Kong SME Business Sustainability Index with the Hong Kong Productivity Council. This index mainly reflects the trends and achievements of a group of most progressive HK SMEs in CSR practices, serving as a benchmark of business sustainability in this sector. This index is compiled with information of the best 26 of those SMEs with proven records of excellent performance in undertaking CSR initiatives.

In Jun 2019, It is the fifth year that TOGO received this recognition as "Hong Kong SME Business Sustainability Index" for our demonstration of a business model with corporate social responsibility.

TOGO has committed to nurture a new generation of talent and attached great importance to personnel training. It is honored to be awarded the"Partner Employer Award" from 2012 and obtain the ninth award in 2025. The Hong Kong General Chamber of Small and Medium Business organized the "Partner Employer Award" with the strategic support of the Vocational Training Council as well as support of more than 50 business associations. The award aimed at encouraging local enterprises to offer employment opportunities to the fresh graduates of the Universities, in addition to actively promote the training of professionals for the development of Hong Kong human resources.

"Heart to Heart Project" has been organized by The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups since 2005. The project aims to encourage the co-operation between enterprises and schools to provide voluntary services to Hong Kong community. Under this project, schools assist in organizing volunteer teams among students, which contributes 2,000 voluntary service hours to the society. Meanwhile, enterprises can support the students by sponsorship. The project objective is to educate those young people from primary to secondary schools about the importance of volunteer participation.

TOGO participates in "Heart to Heart Project" and supports the project by sponsoring school volunteer team to serve the community for five years consecutively. In Sep 2017, TOGO has been awarded the "Heart to Heart Company" again, which recognizes our supports to the project.

TOGO believes that by building a healthy and pleasant working environment and we are actually shouldering our social responsibility. Also, a happy workplace can strengthen the resilience and competitiveness of enterprises through the development of positive mind-sets among employees, which results in enhanced motivation and creativity, and improved customer service. Therefore, TOGO participates in the "Happy Organization Label Scheme", launched by the Promoting Happiness Index Foundation and the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC). This scheme aims to encourage enterprises and organizations to create a happy working environment, and to raise the happiness-at-work level of the local workforce.

TOGO has been awarded the "Happy Company" consecutively for 13 years from 2013. The award is to recognize that we are willing to create a happy working environment, and to raise the happiness-at-work level within the TOGO team.

Government launched the "Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence", to encourage businesses to adopt green management and green innovations, as well as to present them with an opportunity to benchmark their commitment towards environmental excellence. Most businesses and organizations in Hong Kong are well aware of their environmental impacts, having been prodded over the years by pollution laws and a healthy movement within the business community to address environmental issues.

TOGO has been carrying out different waste avoidance and reduction measures. We also set goals to reduce waste and have been putting effort in collecting recyclable materials. In Oct 2012, as certain waste-reduction goals have been achieved, TOGO has been awarded the Wastewi$e label and certificates in the "Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence" consecutively for 13 years since 2012-2013. This award aims to encourage businesses and organizations to adopt green management and green innovations.

ORBIS WORLD SIGHT DAY

TOGO participated in ORBIS World Sight Day in 2023. This not only shows the concern for the blindness, but also helps to prevent needlessly blind and restore sight for people from developing countries worldwide. ORBIS has been fighting blindness globally for 30 years. This is the fifteenth consecutive year for TOGO to join this event.

HONG KONG FAMILY WELFARE SOCIETY CORPORATE VOLUNTEER LONG SERVICE AWARD

Hong Kong Family Welfare Society (HKFWS) is a charitable non-governmental organization which serves for family welfare. With a family perspective, HKFWS is committed to delivering professional social services to enhance the well-being of families and individuals in Hong Kong and to foster a caring community. To support community development, TOGO joined various charitable volunteer activities organized by HKFWS. TOGO was awarded the Certificate of Appreciation for the eighth time since Mar 2013, while we were also awarded the Corporate Volunteer Long Service Award in June 2025, which recognized our enthusiastic participation in volunteer services and our support to HKFWS over the past ten years.

THE QILE CHARITY CAKES SALE

To show our concern and love for the Elderly, TOGO participated in the "Qile Charity Cakes Sale 2010" which was held by the Haven of Hope Christian Service. TOGO is being awarded the Qile Caring Company after joining this event in Nov 2010. The Qile Charity Cakes Sale is an annual fundraising campaign of HOHCS, which aims at raising funds for the Elderly Care Service.

GREENPEACE CARFREE DAY

TOGO is being awarded the Carfree Company Certification after joining in "Greenpeace Carfree Day 2010" in Sep 2010. All members of TOGO took part in this event by walking or taking public transport, to create positive changes in stopping climate change.

CARBON DIOXIDE EMISSIONS REDUCTION

In Sep 2009, TOGO is being awarded the Certificate of Merit in the Millennium City Electricity Usage Reduction Competition 2009 for reducing carbon dioxide emissions and improving the long term energy efficiency. TOGO believes in sustainable development to strive a balance between Economy, Environment and Social Interest.

GREEN LABEL SCHEME

TOGO is being awarded Green Label and Certificate in the Green Label Scheme launched by Millennium City in July 2009 as a green office rating for the performance in environmental protection. It is a proof that TOGO has successfully achieved the below 3 green measures objectives:

AWARDED OF DTTN-ENABLED CERTIFICATES

TOGO is one of the leading solution suppliers being awarded of DTTN-Enabled Certificates by Digital Trade and Transportation Network Limited (hereafter called “DTTNCo”). This award is a recognition of applications developed by these suppliers that have passed the DTTN Compliance Test Program.

DTTNCo is a joint venture of the HKSAR Government, Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited (hereafter called "Tradelink"), and other industry associations. The company owns and operates the Digital Trade and Transportation Network (hereafter called "DTTN"), a state-of-the-art electronic logistics platform providing an open, neutral and secure community e-platform for the trade, logistics and finance industries to facilitate electronic information flow and enhance efficiency.

TOGO Web-based Solution^TM is connected to the DTTN platform allowing users to exchange a full suite of commonly used business documents with their business partners. To facilitate a faster and easier communication between business partners along the supply chain, the TOGO Web-based Solution^TM simplifies the work process by exchanging data in digital format via the DTTN platform. By pressing ONE single button, documents can be sent to business partners (including customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, banks & financial institutions and insurance institutions) in the compatible formats of system in partner side. A notification slip will be sent to users indicating the receipt of the documents.
